Financial Intelligence as Wealth-Creating Community

Our August speaker is Dan Shaw of Ashland and Seattle. Dan will speak on that enthralling Mensa subject of applied intelligence in the setting of: Financial Intelligence as Wealth-Creating Community — proactive Mensa responses to financial calamity and opportunity. Dan will explore the use of applied intelligence to meet current and imminent problems of price increases, housing bubbles, inflation, scarcity of goods, loss of economic morale, and unemployment. He will show the experimental ways that wealth-creating capabilities of small groups such as families, firms, schools and Mensa local groups can be redefined as instances of operationally defined financial intelligence, and how the systematic increase of this in a group can lead the group to discover and maximize its wealth-creating, profitmaking, employment-causing behaviors and relationships with banks and other sources of liquidity, cash and credit.
